Trading Consulting Services

For our personalized consulting services related to CS2 skin trading, the following refund conditions apply:

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel the scheduled consulting session at least 48 hours before the appointment time.
  • The consultant fails to attend the scheduled session without providing adequate notice or rescheduling.
  • Technical issues on our end prevent the consulting session from taking place as scheduled.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You cancel the consulting session with less than 48 hours' notice.
  • You fail to attend the scheduled session without prior notice.
  • The session takes place as scheduled, but you are dissatisfied with the advice provided.
  • Technical issues on your end prevent you from fully participating in the session.

Rescheduling Option

Instead of a refund, we offer the option to reschedule your consulting session if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the original appointment time. Rescheduling is subject to the consultant's availability.

Custom Market Analysis Reports

For custom CS2 market analysis reports created specifically for your needs, the following refund conditions apply:

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel the order before we have begun working on your custom report.
  • The delivered report significantly fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
  • The report is delivered more than 7 days after the agreed-upon deadline.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

If you are not satisfied with your custom report, we offer one free revision if requested within 7 days of delivery. The revision will be based on the original specifications provided for the report.
